A job brings together the role details, owners, hiring stages, candidates, reports, interviews, offers, sourcing, and approval work. The actions shown depend on the job status, your access, and the features enabled for your organisation.

Recruiters can match candidates to a published job or search for candidates without first choosing a job. The candidate-search flow starts with simple filters and can open additional advanced filters.

Manual Create lets you build the assessment section by section. Quick Create starts from an assessment linked to the selected role, category, and experience through Test Mapping.

You can use Quick Create to generate a plan from the job details and selected topics, use Manual Create to build the interview yourself, or create a Coding Interview with coding questions.

It shows time-to-completion for closed jobs, the overall candidate funnel, stage metrics, and candidate-source metrics. The date filter applies to the funnel, stage, and source sections, but not to time-to-completion.

They can manage company details, communication email, address, map link, branding, career-page settings, company description, calendar choice, and integrations available to the organisation.
